Many Hands Make is a new company based in Market Harborough and formed by Pat Stones and Rachel Jarvis.  Pat has worked as an accountant and has a wealth of experience in this field.  Rachel has held various secretarial roles and administrator positions.  Their combined knowledge can give any small business a helping hand as and when necessary.

  • Call Minding – Clients diverted incoming calls when engaged and these are logged and emailed to our clients twice a day
  • Spreadsheets - continued to enter data of receipts for the last financial year to be merged onto customer statements produced in word processing documents
  • Accounts - posted invoices to sales and purchase ledgers, entered and allocated cash, created journals and produced management accounts and VAT returns
  • Total of 12no companies on Sage Line 50
  • Data Entry - entering expenses onto spreadsheets designed by our client
  • Market Research - research into a specific manufacturing industry sector, writing reports and completing application to tender documentation
  • Payroll - processed 10 monthly payrolls, handled statutory forms and payments to the employees and the Inland Revenue
  • Typing - audio and copy typing of letters required by our clients 
  • Completed VAT returns for clients
  • Order Fulfilment – To receive orders, despatch goods, produce delivery notes and invoices as per the client’s requirements.  Update spreadsheets on a monthly basis
  • Typed documents and posted them to our clients' customer.
